He was predeceased by: his parents, Neil Harvey and Viola Harvey (Tanner); and his siblings, Jay Harvey, Ella Mae "Penny" Greenwood, Irma Everts, Gilina "Jill" Nelson, Clarice Schwellenbach and Carla Itson.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Deal; his children, Rhonda Klemann (Gary) of Choctaw, OK, Shelly Kiel (Kendall) of Pierre, SD and Shane Harvey (Sharon) of Fort Pierre, SD; his grandchildren, Chad Kiel (Emily), Chelsea Eilers (Dan), Matt Klemann, Amber Whitehead (Shane), Ashley Jacobs (Justin), Emma Roza (Johnny), Staci Stahl (Kyle) and Samantha Harvey; his sister Kay Britigan; and his brother-in-law Robert Schwellenbach. He is also survived by seventeen great grandchildren.
