He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen E. Newman and Donald R. Stevens; his niece Crystal Kayan Robinson-Brown; and his sister-in-law Roberta Dickinson-Stevens. He is survived by: his siblings, Robert Stevens (Jody), Bruce Stevens and Roberta Newman (Karen Jackson).

In lieu of flowers, family suggests memorials be directed to Sunshine Bible Academy.
