She was predeceased by: her parents, George Vanderlinde and LaVonne Vanderlinde (Sundlie); her granddaughter Grace; and her brother Daryl. She is survived by: her husband Bill Haight; her children, Aubrey Gilbert (Scott) of Sioux Falls, Allison Weideman (Jordon) of Sioux Falls, Erin Voight (Chad) of Sioux Falls, Sarah Molle (Adam) of Nashville and Jake Haight (Danielle King) of Harrisburg; her grandchildren, Carson, Bailey, Cole, Chase, Landon, Brielle, Henry, Graham and Grady; her siblings, Dave Vanderlinde (Char) of Brandon and Dianne Webb (Steve) of Nashville; and her pet Desmond. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Ava's House in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
