He is survived by: his wife Clara; his children, Ken Shelbourn of Pierre and Nancy Shoup (Bob) of Pierre; his grandchildren, Katie Nebelsick (Josh) of Rapid City and Jacob Shoup (Chezarae) of Sioux Falls; his great grandchildren, William, Oliver Daniel, Joseph, Franklin Nebelsick, Elsie and Isaiah Daniel Shoup; and his siblings, Merle Shelbourn (Annie) of Jackson, MN, Alan Shelbourn (Karen) of Kingston, WA and Ann Harvey of Valentine, NE. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
