He was predeceased by: his father Allen "Al" Sr.; his mother-in-law Norma Meier; his brother-in-law Jim Cheever; and his grandson Brendan Heuertz. He is survived by: his mother Nancy Eide (Brickman); his wife Jackie; his father-in-law Al Meier; his children, Juliane Heuertz (Travis), Angela Eide and Joseph Eide (Liz); his siblings, Allen Jr. Eide (Ann), Debbie Ratzlaff (Kris), Denise Cheever and Danny Eide; and his grandchildren, Kieran, Ely, Bryson, Hayley, Joey, Allison, Ryder, Dane and Huxley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
