We are sad to announce that on December 16, 2018, at the age of 77, Clyde Phipps (Pierre, South Dakota), born in Crossville, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Winley Phipps and Zephie Phipps (French); his wife Stella; and his brother Edward. He is survived by: his children, Michele (Dave), Osterkamp, Justin Meier, Chelsey Meier, Melinda Charles and William; his grandchildren, Logan, Emily, Rickey Phipps (Carrie), Kayla, Ashley and Sandra Moon (Jim); his son Bradley Thompson; and his siblings, Harley, Hallie and Bobbie. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
