He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Harry Johnson and Barbara Helen McVay Johnson; his sisters, Jennifer Davis and Deborah Johnson; and his great-nephew Joseph Serbousek.
He is survived by: his former wife Mary Ann Trygstad; his sons, Josh (Sara Johnson) and Jacob (Angela Johnson); his grandchildren, Caden, Alayna, Garret, Corbin, Deanna, Michael and Ellean Johnson; his siblings, Pat, Dave Miller, Linda Sullivan, Pierre, Diane Johnson, David Johnson, Monte Johnson (Darlene Roberts), Donna Carda and Sheryl Johnson; and his aunts, Carol Zuber, Hiedie O'Daniel and Lori O'Daniel. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins, and numerous friends.
