She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Edgar Streufert and Verona Streufert. She is survived by: her husband Ron Udy; her brother Rev. Phil Streufert (Becky) of Seattle, WA; her children, Dan (Starr) of Syracuse, UT, David (Brooke) of Nolanville, TX, Jonathan (Nicole) of Mobile, AL and Kristin (Tim) of Pocatello, ID; her grandchildren, Tristan (Stacey), Cecelia, Bleu, Gwyneth, Hayden, Jagger, Jaric, Ethan and Kate; and her great grandchildren, Tarika and Lincoln.
Viewing will be held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Leavitt's Mortuary & Aultorest Memorial Park (836 36th St, Ogden, UT 84403). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the same location. A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Paul Lutheran Church (3329 Harrison Blvd, Ogden, UT 84403).
Memorials may be made in her memory to Samaritan's Purse, which she loved to support by donating to their disaster relief fund and through their yearly Shoebox Ministry at Christmas time.
