She was predeceased by: her parents, Orval Pete and Margaret Allen (Dithmer); her husband Joe; and her brother Richard Allen. She is survived by: her children, Cynde Stoakes (Dennis) of Hartford, Rose Ann Wendell (Greg) of Pierre and Dick Stratton (Phyllis) of Hartford; and her granddaughter Anna Stoakes-Wong (Nathan Wong) of Valley Springs. She is also survived by five step-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
