It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bessie Nafus (Pierre, South Dakota), who passed away on July 30, 2023, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Gale Nafus; her siblings, Monte Curry Sr., Evelyn Sandal (Roy) and Dimp Olson (Stan); her niece Judy; and her nephew Jack.
She is survived by: her children, Judy, Jack, Connie Wilhelm, Mary Nafus, Chuck Nafus (Vicki), Mark Nafus and Steve Nafus (Colleen); her children-in-law, Song Nafus and Tom Lewis; and her niece Roxi Mobely. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and 27 great-grandchildren.
