She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Scott and Edith Scott (Wise); her former husband Otto Neugebauer; her husband Wayne Moore; her siblings, Stuart, Hubert, Dorothy and Luella; and her son-in-law Max Nordstrom.
She is survived by: her son Tom Neugebauer (Natalie); her stepdaughters, Connie Smith (Art), Colleen Cooper (John), Cindy Oliver (George), Cathy Grubb (Dave) and Colette Nordstrom; and her grandsons, Lee, Daniel and Ross. She is also survived by many step-grandchildren and step- great-grandchildren.
