She was predeceased by: her mother Dot Hanson; and her father-in-law Cliff Hertel. She is survived by: her husband Lance; her daughters, Megan Meier of Miller, SD and Morgan Weyers (Austin) of Hay Springs, NE; her grandson Forrie Weyers; her pet Woody; her father Allen Hanson of Ree Heights; her siblings, Rick Hanson (Cindy) and Deb Litzen (Rob); and her mother-in-law Deanne Hertel. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. John's Catholic Church (206 Main Ave, Fort Pierre, SD 57532).
