It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alma Buechler of Pierre, South Dakota, born in Lesterville, South Dakota, who passed away on March 28, 2021, at the age of 108, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Emanuel Mehrer and Lydia Mehrer (Gail); her husband Reynold Buechler; her children, Daph Richards (Floyd) and Jerry Buechler (Oralee); her son-in-law Albert Abbott; her sister Adeline Rothenberger; and her daughter Vonda. She was also cherished by twelve grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren, twenty four great-great grandchildren.
