He is survived by: his mother Inez Weinheimer (Flannery); his grandchildren, Joshua Alan, Gracie Mae, Jacob Alan, Samuel Alan and Simon Alan; his wife Cori Nickolas of Pierre; his children, Joshua, Grace, Jacob, Samuel and Simon; his parents-in-law, John and Char Nickolas; his brothers, Jerry (Leasa), Jeff (Tomi), Mark (Mary) and Ken; his siblings-in-law, Gina Gruman (Joe), Cody (Aimee) and Tony Nickolas (Mandy); and his nieces and nephews, Ethan (Vero), Hannah, Avery (Grant), Cooper, Tessa, Sawyer, Isaac, Mary Grace, Mary Katherine, Daniel, Milton, Mackenzie, Courtnie, Hope, Zack, Mariah, Witnie, Shalie, Aubrie, Brylie, Landrie, Sheridan, Adelyn, Jace, Ty, Katie, Andrew, Javis, Bellah, Lailah, Myah and William.
