He was predeceased by: his father Dale Oliver; his father-in-law Edward Merrill; and his brother Dale Oliver Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Lolita Oliver (Hodgman); his grandson Brody; his wife Nancy Oliver (Merrill); his sons, Seth Oliver (Jodee) and Luke Oliver (Jessica); his grandchildren, Gavin and Olivia; his mother-in-law Beverly Merrill; and his siblings, Judy Merfeld (Paul), Jeff, Steve and Bob Oliver.
