It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Pat MacKey of Piedmont, South Dakota, who passed away on January 3, 2021, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Mackey and Margaret Mackey. He is survived by: his siblings, April Mackey of Rock Hill, SC, Justin Mackey (Nancy) of Hillsboro, OR, Charles Mackey (Lori) of Yankton, SD and Holly Roltgen (Jeffrey) of Piedmont, SD. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and one great-nephew.
At the time of his retirement, Mike discovered he had early onset Alzheimer's as well as other health issues.
