We are sad to announce that on July 31, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Douglas E. Nelson of Piedmont, South Dakota, born in Scarville, Iowa. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Tobe Nelson and Myrtle Nelson (Bunde); his wife Bonnie Voelker; his children, Dawn Nelson, Mark Nelson and Larry Nelson (Debbie); his grandchildren, Paige, Austin and Blaine; his great grandchildren, Evan and Owen; and his brothers, Don Nelson, Monte Nelson (Mae), Terry Nelson (Carol) and Keith Nelson (Peg). He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established.
