Carol Lynn McKenzie Obituary

We are sad to announce that on September 18, 2019, at the age of 67, Carol Lynn McKenzie (Piedmont, South Dakota), born in Chicopee, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her father Darel Smith; her former spouse Dale Nash; her mother Arlys A. Smith; her children, Lynette Puhlman (Robert) of Piedmont, Bryan Nash (Heidi) of Sturgis and Mark Nash (Jody) of Piedmont; her siblings, Curtis Smith and Julie Townsend (Gary) of Sioux Falls; her grandchildren, Katelyn Puhlman, Jaren Puhlman, Samantha Harkin (Shane), Christopher Nash, Carl Nash, Kiara Jackson, Tia McCaskey, Mason Nash and Brayden Nash; her close friend James Fleming; her husband Donald McKenzie; and her brother Steven Smith.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established to the Carol McKenzie Memorial Scholarship Fund for Sturgis High School seniors pursuing EMT.
