He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Foland (Willoughby) and Otis; his brother Otis, Jr.; his daughter-in-law Dianne Anderson; his granddaughter Sharon Ellwein; and his great grandchild Dalles Brucklacher.
He is survived by: his wife Carrol; his children, Mark Foland (Karen), Kay Foland, Mary Foland (Creighton Tevlin), Judy Foland (Wayne Yanda), Robert Anderson (Sandy) and James Anderson (Kayleen); and his brother Tech Foland (Ann). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
