He is survived by: his parents, Lee Dennis of Philip and Nicole Dennis of Philip; his siblings, Victor Dennis of Philip and Danna Abla of Broken Arrow; and his grandparents, George Dennis of Philip, Shirley Dennis of Philip, Scott Falk of Wahpeton and Deb Falk of Wahpeton. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
