He is survived by: his sons, Keith Allen and Kirby Joe; his sisters-in-law, Karen Pearson, Kathy Willuweit and Paula Farley (Rick); his nephew Josh Farley (Sacha); his great-niece Sophie; his great-nephews, Wyatt and Jared Farley (Katie); and also, Zakaryah, Zaiden and Zandria.
