He is survived by: his nephews, Jerry, Jason Eastman, Randy Peterson, Erick Hill, Tony Hannasch, Mark Nelson, Kevin Nelson, Mel Huff, Richard Huff, Daniel Evenson, Bruce German Jr., Jaime Dahl, Lee Solberg, Jon Erdahl, Rick Krier and Tim Gunderson; his stepson Dustin Allen Opsal; his grandchildren, Cashius Troy Allen and Kaylee Raine Opsal; his wife Geri Opsal of Peever, SD; his grandchildren, Cashius Troy Allen Opsal and Kaylee Raine; his siblings, Brent Opsal (Rose) of Rapid City, SD and Treva Nieland (Joel) of Rapid City, SD; and his mother-in-law Lorraine German.
