He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewey Foell and Louise Foell (Simon); his sister Darlyne Brown; and his great grandchild Madeline. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ellingson of Wilmot; and his sons, David Foell (Debra) of Georgia, Daniel Foell (Lori) of Watertown, SD, Dean Foell (LaVonne Voller Parsons) of Fargo, ND, Darwin Foell (Sharon) of West Virginia and Darrin Foell (Darcie Bontje) of Sioux Falls, SD. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; seventeen great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
