It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ann German of Peever, South Dakota, born in Sisseton, South Dakota, who passed away on November 22, 2020, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Gerald "Smoky" German; her siblings, Donna Marie German and Bruce L. German Sr.; her nephew Jake Larsen; her grandchildren, Giselle Grace German and Lawren J. Barse; her nephew Conrad German; her brother-in-law Troy Opsal; her grandparents, Jack, Amelia German, Tom and Lucy Ryan; her uncles, Dwight and Francis "Punchie" Charging Cloud; and her aunt Marlene Ironheart.

She is survived by: her children, Danny White (Jenna), Jerry Eastman (Jermaine), Jason Eastman (Sapphire), Kevin LaFontaine Jr., Britney LaFontaine and Anthony Locke; her grandchildren, Ryder, Brianne, Ella White, Cante RedWing, Jernee, Tasia, Jerry Jr. Eastman, Darian Shepherd, Jeremiah, Jason Jr., Dontae, Jairden, Jayce, Jacob Eastman, Londyn, Tracy Morales, Isaiah, JayDee Horn, Nicholas and Brice LaFontaine; her mother Lorraine German; her siblings, Wayne German Sr., Glenn German Sr. (Carla), John German Sr., Gerald German (Kara), Myrna Thompson (Jake), Nadine Fredericks, Geri Opsal, Lita German and Deann Huff (Rick); her aunts, Rosella Heminger and Alta German; and her uncle Owen Dean German. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
