It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Russel Kurtenbach of Parkston, South Dakota, who passed away on September 10, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Francis Kurtenbach and Lorayne Kurtenbach (Behrend); his wife Gale (Zeiner); his children, Doreen Kurtenbach of Lincoln, NE, Sara Sutton (Scott) of Lincoln, NE and Phillip Kurtenbach (Taylor Fender) of Parkston; his grandsons, Theodore and Hunter Kurtenbach; his brothers, Robert Kurtenbach (Barbara) of Minneapolis, MN and Joel Kurtenbach of Gillette, WY; his aunts, Kay Kurtenbach, Elinor Fergen and Helen Furr; and his mother-in-law Arlene Zeiner of Wilmar, MN.. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.
