She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Tesky and Emma Weisser; her husband William "Bill" Batterman; and her siblings, Erna, Emil, Ervin, Lester and Leona.

She is survived by: her sons, Dennis of Imperial, NE and Bob (Vanessa Row) of Hill City; her grandchild Jillian Rasmussen (Mike); her sons, Kacen Clark and Reed Clark of Rapid City; her brother Alvin Tesky of Newberg, OR; and her brother-in-law Norman Batterman (Vi) of Parkston, SD..
