He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Reichert and Helen Reichert (Scheetz); his brother Harold; and his siblings-in-law, Willard Moege, Gene Halverson and Kathy Kietzmann.
He is survived by: his wife Ione (Kietzmann); his children, Steve Reichert (Janelle) of Parkston and Sheryl Loes (Tim) of Mitchell; his grandsons, Jonathan (Nikki), Tyler, Tanner, Noah Reichert, Alex (Mollie), Austin and Adam Loes; his great grandchildren, Addilyn Reichert and Thea Loes; his sisters, Florence Moege of Parkston and Ruth Naser (Duane) of Gillette; and his siblings-in-law, Marjean Reichert, Elmer Kietzmann of Rockford, Charles and Saling Kietzmann of Omaha. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
