She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Puetz and Florence Puetz (Vittetoe); her son Kevin; her siblings, DonnaMae, Dwight, Ruth, Norm, Sylvester, Theresa and Lula; and her brother-in-law Richard Jerke.
She is survived by: her granddaughter Phyllis; her nieces, Sarah, Marissa and Phyllis; her husband Don Hoffman (Don) of Rapid City, SD; her daughter Kristel Hammerquist (Rob) of Rapid City, SD; her daughter-in-law Bonnie of Black Hawk, SD; and her siblings, Rose, Carol, Elizabeth, Timothea, Joseph, Joyce, Rebecca, Daniel, Jane, Patrick, Cindy and Julie.
