He is survived by: his sisters, Kathryn Kokesh of Wagner, SD and Mary Beth Meeks (Darren) of Rapid City, SD; his stepfather James Pavlin; his nieces and nephews, Richard Kokesh (Brooklyn), Kristi Gumb (Heath), Kimberly Pepper (Tyler), Robert Kokesh (Maddie), Jessica Meeks (Alex), Mckenzie Meeks, Kaleigh Meeks (Beau) and Leigha Meeks; and his great-nephews, Logan, Lincoln, Liam, Lane, Klay and Ally.
