She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Hohn and Louise Hohn (Muntefering); her husband Louis Degen; and her siblings, Willard Hohn, Hilda Herman, Stella Klumb and Vilas Hohn.
She is survived by: her children, Jim Degen (Julie) of Parkston and Linda Mulder (Randy) of Parkston; her grandchildren, Spencer Degen (Becky) of Volga, SD, Nicole Anderson (Zach) of Brookings, SD, Jared Degen (Robyn) of Rapid City, SD, Tony Mulder (Jackie) of Bath, SD, Wendy Reischl (Mark) of Lennox, SD and Chad Mulder (Rachel) of Sioux Falls, SD; her great grandchildren, Jackson, Knox, Railey, Jameson, Abygale, Jakob, Mason, Gavin, Hayden, Cassia and Aleisa; her sister Alida Haag of Parkston; and her sisters-in-law, Geraldine Hohn of Sioux Falls and Annabelle Oberembt.
