He is survived by: his wife Cora Mae of Parkston, SD; his children, David Winter of Parkston, SD, Tom Winter (Gene) of Phoenix, AZ, Nancy Mills (Jay) of Manhattan, KS and Sandra Winter of Manhattan, KS; and his grandchildren, Kyle Mills, Alex Mills, Amanda Reisner (COlin) and Emily VanHoecke (Bill). He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
