He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ervin Mattheis and Clara Mattheis (Hanselman); his wife Betty Storm; his children, Denise Weber (Joel), Lorie Ann Wermers (Keith), Michael Mattheis (Amy) and Jon Mattheis (Devyn); his grandchildren, Jeremy (Brandi), Justin (Katie), Tyler (Sam), Amber (Lee), Aaron, Jadee (Koby), Riley, Ragen, Preston and Kaeden; his great grandchildren, Emma, Braxton, Kinley, Bristyl, Noah and Coy; his sisters, Mary Ann Neugebauer (Dave) and Phyllis Mulso; his brothers-in-law, Larry Storm (Ginny) and Gary Storm; his parents-in-law, Lawrence and Adeline Storm; his brother Leo; his brother-in-law Dennis Mulso; and his nephew Jay Neugebauer. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19, the family will require masks and social distancing at the visitation and private family service.
