He was predeceased by: his parents, George Neugebauer and Leona Neugebauer of Parkston, SD.; and his sister Lorraine Vasquez of Longmont, CO.. He is survived by: his wife Joan Neugebauer of Colorado Springs; his sons, Jay Neugebauer of Colorado Springs and Delvin Neugebauer; his daughter-in-law Jana Hyde Neugebauer of Everett, WA; his daughter Lori Fredrich of Colorado Springs; his granddaughter Sydnie Stubblefield; his grandson-in-law Eric of Leland, NC; his grandson Zach Fredrich of Aurora, CO; and his sister Donna Fick of Allison, IA.. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
The family has asked that donations of remembrance be made to Pikes Peak Biker's Church (pikespeakbikerschurch.com).
