She was predeceased by: her husband Merwin Hanten; her son Stephen Hanten; and her siblings, Ronald and Hallie. She is survived by: her children, Gary Hanten (Denise), Bruce Hanten of Parker, Rhonda Erickson (Don) and Teresa Schwartz (Todd) of DesMoines, IA; and her stepson Scott Fisher (Gayle) of San Diego, CA.
