She was predeceased by: her parents, Ben Osthus and Emma Osthus (Andal); her sons, Jeff and Mike; and her siblings, Orville (Kay), Clifford (Mildred), Milton, Donald, Lloyd, Arlen (Bea) and Eleanor Slack (Darrell).
She is survived by: her husband Earl Joffer; her children, Kevin (Cindy), Mark (Lisa), Brent of Brookings, SD and Sherry DeNeui (Doug) of Chancellor, SD; her daughter-in-law Kim DeJong of Tea, SD; and her sisters-in-law, Janice Haas of Sioux Falls, SD, Mary Osthus of Dickson, TN and Jean Osthus of Harrisburg, SD.. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
