She was predeceased by: her parents, John Graber and Emma Graber (Albrecht); her husband Allen Whealen; her brothers, Phil and Robert; her nephew Robert; and her granddaughters, Jennifer and Melissa.
She is survived by: her friend Margaret; her children, Kathy Duncan (Don) of Flandreau, SD, Beth Francis (Mick), Mark Whealen, Parker, Nancy Scott (Dave), Brian Whealen (Terri), Madison and Lisa Targonski (Tom); and her close friend Mary Garry. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 4 step grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, 7 step great grandchildren and a great-great grandson.
Due to Covid 19, mask and social distancing are to be observed in celebrating Ruby's life.
Ruby J. Whealen, 94 of Parker, died Saturday, January 30, 2021 at the Sanford Foundation Hospice Cottage in Sioux Falls.
