She is survived by: her spouse Theodore Hayden; her sons, Jeffrey Hayden (Ashley) of Madison and Joshua Hayden of Sioux Falls; her granddaughters, Meesha of Madison, Leia of Madison, Adalynn of Madison and Breanna of Madison; her father Bob Cottrell of Parker; and her siblings, Brian Cottrell (Samantha) of Elk Point, Tonya Clymer (Danny) of Broken Arrow, OK. and Jason Cottrell (Paula) of Westfield, IA.. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
