He is survived by: his sons, Jeremy (Christy) of Kingston, Nathan of Kingston and Travis (Sara) of Phoenix; his wife Julie Blanchard; his grandchildren, Chelsea, Trygve, Piper and Hudson; and his siblings, Dan and Glendola. He is also survived by numerous brother and sister in-laws, nieces and nephews, and grand nieces and nephews.
