She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Bousfield and Laura Bousfield (Finn); her husband Howard Berthelsen; and her siblings, James "Bud" Bousfield (Margaret), Esther Sisson (Marlyn) and Vivian Hopf (Marvin).
She is survived by: her children, Allan Berthelsen (Robin) and Kathy Meyer (Doug); her grandchildren, Josh Berthelsen (Brenda), Jaime Bartell (Mike), Zach Meyer (Jen), Alaina Meyer, Audra Panek (Tyler) and Mason Meyer; her great grandchildren, Madilyn, Mykah, Tobin, Victoria, Alexander, Connor, Rebecca, Teagyn and Paige; and her sisters, Elaine Gortmaker (Bill) of Columbia, MO. and Connie Havard (Bob).
