It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Irene Richardson of Parker, South Dakota, born in Rock Valley, Iowa, who passed away on August 14, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Harmelink and Martha Harmelink (VerMulm); her husband Ronald; her son Bob; her sister Cathryn; and her son-in-law Ken Jans.
She is survived by: her children, Dr. Sandra Rich (Michael) of Hermosa Beach, CA, Penny Jans of Sarasota, FL, Jim Richardson (Linda) and Randy Richardson (Marge) of McHenry, IL; her daughter-in-law Jan Ruesink of Maple Grove, MN; her grandchildren, Timothy, Brian, Chanelle, Nicole, Bradley, Matthew, Jared, Clint and Michael; and her sister Esther VanLiere of Dell Rapids, SD.. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials maybe directed to the Parker Fire Department or Turner County Fair's Heritage Park.
