He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Crockett and Mary Crockett (King); his mother-in-law Phyllis May; his sister Carol Vander Waal; his sister-in-law Jorita Arends; his nephew Jonathan Vander Waal; and his niece Amberli Barnhouse.
He is survived by: his wife Jackie Crockett of Sibley, IA; his sons, Curtis Crockett Jr. of Sheldon, IA and Charles Crockett of Apple Valley, MN; his grandchildren, Leah, Taylor and Caden; his siblings, LeRoy Crockett (Shari) of Wichita, KS and Lou Crockett of Tea, SD; his brother-in-law Doug Vander Waal of Edwardsville, IL; and his parents-in-law, Robert Jr. May (Denise), Wayne Lofswold, Gene May (Alberta), Jerry May and Nikki Donahou. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other extended family.
