He is survived by: his sons, Victor, LaDuke Palmer of Ortley and Franklin Palmer (Julie) of Omaha, NE; his grandchildren, Jenna Palmer, Joshua Palmer, Austin Palmer, Zachary Palmer, Shawn Palmer and Bella Rose Palmer; his siblings, Roy Palmer (Susan) of Brookings, SD and Hattie Kuwamoto of Nebraska; and his sister-in-law Donna Palmer of Clark, SD. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
