He is survived by: his sons, Clayton Blachford (Jaci) of Northville and Matthew Blachford (Cassandra) of Orient; his stepchildren, Marla Fischer Nelson of Sioux Falls and Jeffrey Fischer (Heidi) of Brookings; his grandchildren, Aaron, Tara Blachford of Northville and Lydia Blachford of Orient; his stepgrandchildren, Amy Ryan (Joe), Kyle Fischer (Lindsey), Ambur Zmuda (Tyler), Ryan Fischer, Michael Houtman, Patrick Houtman (Dottie), Lucas Houtman (Jessica) and Sean Hauck; his sister Elaine Blachford Trotman of Kalispell, Montana; his nephew Kenneth Trotman (Sue) of Portland, Oregon; and his niece LeAnne Smith (Dan) of Fortine, Montana.. He is also survived by 14 step great grandchildren.
