He was predeceased by: his parents, James L. Wagner and Alvina Wagner (Westphal) of Agar, SD.; and his grandparents, Gustave, Anna Westphal (Bierman), John "Spud" and Myrle Wagner (McMillan).
He is survived by: his former wife Donna Haskell; his daughters, Kimberly, Colista Arzate (Eddie) of Tucson, AZ, Kimberley (Anthony J. Gruenwald) of Redfield, SD and Sonya Van Winsen (Max) of Fort Pierre, SD; and his grandchildren, Levi, Izabella, Eugene and Owen. He is also survived by friends and extended family.
