With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Iva Troylynn Tobacco (Oglala, South Dakota), born in Pine Ridge, South Dakota, who passed away on April 1, 2022 at the age of 45. She was predeceased by: her parent Ole Tobacco; her nephew Kaleb (Pulliam); her grandparents, Doreen Little Sack, Iva Tobacco, Rudolph Tobacco, Karen Between Lodge and Annabelle Brave; her pets, Nathan "Ben" Tobacco, Vera Good Lance, Samuel Brave and Robert Brave, Sr.; her cousins, Angelina Red Cloud, Norvel Tobacco, Carla Long Soldier, Brent Long Soldier, Michael Featherman, Charlotte Lakota and Iris Tobacco; her niece Rhianna Red Shirt; and her parents-in-law, Levi, Shirley Lefthand and Sharon.
She is survived by: her close friend Derek Lefthand; her children, Olyssa Grace, Charly Kay Lefthand, Autumn "Baby Girl" Lefthand, Jordan "Sissy" Lefthand, Ayden "Baby" Lefthand (Hunka) and Joe "Little Joe" Dixon; her siblings, Billie Rose Pulliam, Antonia Pulliam, William Pulliam, Sody Pulliam, Kelly Pulliam and Zelda Pulliam; and her grandchildren, Vyvian "Bebela" Terkildsen, Leonard "Leo" Morrison and Markelle Lefthand.
