She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Leroy and Elsie Homer (Wynn) of Virginia; her husbands, Homer Nyreen and Ronald Thompson; her daughter Vicki McCallister; and her brother Bruce Elmer Homer.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Benjamin Chamberlin, Joshua Chamberlin and Samantha McCallister; her great grandchildren, Chloe, Ashley, Victoria (Tori), Colby, Tyler and Serenity; her sister Carol Stevens; and her sister-in-law Billie Homer. She is also survived by ten nieces and nephews; and many great nieces and nephews.
