He is survived by: his wife Sherry Burkhart; his daughters, Shelley Queen (Bob) and Vikki Jacobs (Tim); his granddaughters, Jessica Bousquet (Joe) and Erin Larson (Cole); and his great grandchildren, Keb and Nathan Bousquet.
