With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Lee Vavra (Nisland, South Dakota), who passed away on June 23, 2019 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Linda; his sons, Quinton (Felicia) of Gillette, WY and Brent (Eve) of Yantis, TX; his granddaughter Nicole Hamilton (Christopher) of Gillette, WY; his great grandchildren, Dawson, Brynlee and Katelynd Jacquot (David) of Belle Fourche, SD; and also, Thaddeus, Taylor Vavra and Carlee Vavra of Yantis, TX. He is also survived by five sisters, two brothers and numerous nieces and nephews.
