He was predeceased by: his parents, Matilda Dague and Milford Dague; his brother Duane; and his daughter Michelle. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Michael (Nina), Brian, Nichole Dubbs (Jason) and David; and his grandchildren, Derek (Sarah), Zachary, Cole, Joshua, Jace, Alexander and Emmalyn.
