She is survived by: her former husband Larry Maddelein; her children, Tim Maddelein (Sue), Shelly Benbo (Jim Lunbeck) and Debbie Maddelein (Gary Clawson); her grandchildren, Zakk David, Josh Ballard, Jessica Bailey, Sadie Aragon and Sierra Maddelein; and her brother Gary Jones (Karen). She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
